About the Assignment

We are looking for a senior digital product designer for a consulting assignment where you will work through the entire design process – from early concepts to finished designs that can be realized in development. The role is suitable for you who are confident in both UX and UI and have a strong focus on usability, visual quality, and accessibility.

You will work closely with product owners, developers, and other designers in a cross-functional team and contribute to the development of digital products and services with high demands on quality and user experience.

Responsibilities

In the role of product designer, you will, among other things:

• Work with UX and UI design for digital products and services
• Take designs from wireframes to finished visual design
• Utilize and further develop a design system in Figma
• Ensure high usability and strong visual quality
• Actively work with digital accessibility throughout the design process
• Ensure that solutions meet EU accessibility directives
• Collaborate closely with developers on accessible and correct implementation

Requirements

To be considered for the assignment, you need to have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a digital product designer (UX/UI)
• Solid experience in digital accessibility, both theoretically and practically
• Documented experience designing according to EU accessibility requirements
• Very good experience working with design systems in Figma
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for entire design deliveries

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools as support in the design work
